Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC announced it has signed a 25-year franchise agreement with Redres NL BV to expand the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand into the Netherlands with the opening of Redres Sotheby’s International Realty.

Redres Sotheby’s International Realty, co-owned by Jan-Willem Andriessen and Jim Reerink, will serve the luxury residential real estate market in Amsterdam and throughout the Netherlands.  The firm is located in Hilversum, with plans for additional offices in Amsterdam and other key Dutch markets.

The Sotheby’s International Realty network currently has more than 18,800 affiliated independent sales associates located in approximately 835 offices in 63 countries and territories worldwide.  Redres Sotheby’s International Realty listings will be marketed on the sothebysrealty.com global website.  In addition to the referral opportunities and widened exposure generated from this source, the firm’s brokers and clients will benefit from an association with the Sotheby’s auction house and worldwide Sotheby’s International Realtymarketing programs.  Each office is independently owned and operated.
