Lifestyle Partnerships and Robust Wine Sales Raise Charitable Gift to the Boys & Girls Club of Kirkland

During a private event on May 4th, more than seventy patrons of DeLille Cellars joined representatives fromRealogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR), Pacific Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley,Ferrari of SeattleFerretti YachtsNEXUS condominiums and renowned international artist, Josee Nadeau to celebrate the second anniversary of Maison DeLille, a boutique wine lounge that fronts the Kirkland branch office of the global real estate network.

“How time flies when you’re having fun,” said Greg Lill, CEO and Co-Founder of the award-winning wine maker DeLille Cellars.  “It was just a few summers ago we were in Roche Harbor with the Jones’ and we conceived this plan to create a lifestyle showroom where great brands could come together and our clients could gather.  Two years later we’re expanding our platform to other lifestyle partners.”

Last Fall, Greg approached his friend, Larry Garcia, CFP and Sr. Investment Management Consultant with Pacific Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley, about co-hosting a client appreciation event with a unique tie to the community. Knowing that Larry is also the President of the Advisory Board of the Kirkland Boys & Girls Club, Greg originated the Maison DeLille 2nd Anniversary Party to pour library wines for a select group of Club Members, friends and connoisseurs, and to gift a portion of wine sales to benefit the programs at the Kirkland Club. This offer was quickly matched by Larry as well as the Jones’ on behalf of their brokers and employees.

“What a terrific evening in honor of our guests and in support of a charity that I feel so passionate about,” said Garcia.  “The food, the wine, the art, the music and the of course, the many clients and friends that came out to celebrate was simply the best that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. A class act — bravo!”

True to its intent, the showroom attracted several other brands for the evening.  Outside, a bright red Ferrari California T convertible was parked outside, complete with a Ferrari Ambassador to answer questions and set up private test drives. Inside, the atmosphere was artistic with live music by Robbie Christmas and a pop-up art gallery by Josee Nadeau who personally displayed her latest works of art.  Other sponsors included NEXUS condominiums – a new, 400+ unit high-tech, high-rise coming soon to downtown Seattle as well as Ferretti Yachts, which will soon jump of the pages of the hardbound books and float just a few steps away in Lake Washington.

“As it turns out, this was a night you could feel good about splurging on these fine wines from DeLille Cellars and pairing with yummy bites from Seastar,” muses Dean Jones, President and CEO of RSIR. “We look forward to the next experience here at Maison DeLille.”
