The seller’s market continued to reign in King County, as the median sale price reached $440k, up from last year’s average of $400k. Inventory held steady compared to last month, but was down 34% from the previous year. Buyers were out in full force, as homes spent an average of 26 days on the market, a 20% decrease from last year. Seattle urban condos spent only 44 days on the market, down over 90%, with downtown condos experiencing an increased median listing price of $780k, up over $250k from last year.
