Seattle Region is Now #4 Most Visited Market in U.S. by Chinese Homebuyers Online; Luxury Home Sales Rise
Executives of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (“RSIR”) are pleased to announce the exclusive sponsorship of Juwai.com’s leaderboard advertising platform reaching thousands of prospective buyers each day. The partnership is timed with the Lunar New Year celebration that brings hundreds of inbound Chinese to the Seattle metro area and coincides with other initiatives by RSIR including the recent release of Seattle Luxury Living magazine, an all-Mandarin publication that highlights the Pacific Northwest lifestyle and showcases RSIR’sAsia Services Group and property listings.

Jones says he believes Chinese homebuyers comprise a third to half of the Eastside luxury home sales, depending on the neighborhood and price point. That fact seems to align with consumer behavior, according to Juwai.com representatives. The online real estate search website confirms the Seattle region is now the fourth most visited market for Chinese homebuyers.

The portal will also prominently feature RSIR as a preferred service provider to Chinese nationals visiting the Seattle area page and RSIR will have opportunities to post relevant blog content, videos such as their East Meets West documentary, and a digital version of the Seattle Luxury Living magazine to name a few other opportunities.
